Annual Employee Awards Ceremony Kicks Off A New Chapter For Coastal

The annual Employee Awards Ceremony for 2017 was held successfully at the Venice Raytour Hotel in Shenzhen in February 2018. General staff from the Group's headquarters as well as senior managers of Coastal's other divisions and businesses joined the ceremony from across China.

In his opening speech at the ceremony, Mr Xianglong Xia, C.E.O. of the Group, remarked Coastal's rich legacy and corporate culture built over the past thirty-three years, citing in particular great examples that were set by outstanding employees in the past year. Mr Xia reflected on potential areas of improvement and further emphasized that a continued commitment to a spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation and open-mindedness will provide a solid foundation for Coastal's success in China's new era.

Eight individual awards and three group awards were being presented at this year's Employee Awards Ceremony. The ceremony is a moment to consider not only the achievements of outstanding Coastalites, but the occasion is a source of great inspiration to all of Coastal's employees in their pursuit for excellence and continuous self-improvement.

2018 represents a new chapter in the Group's development and growth, as Coastal takes more concrete steps to build up its presence in the healthcare space. Together with Coastal's partners, may every Coastalite work together to reach new heights in the new year!
